I've been using Dragonfly since 2013, they have always gone above and beyond to help me. Today Trevor was out and found an issue with my heater, he was knowledgeable, explained everything and was very patient. I appreciate the service that he gave.

My AC went out on the hottest day of the summer and as we all know that is the busiest day for AC repair. I was worried me and my family would be stuck sweating for at least a week but dragonfly heating and cooling saved me! After calling several companies and being told they didn’t have any open availability Dragonfly was able to send someone out same day and get it fixed and up and running before the end of the day! Reasonable price great customer service. I will never call anyone else again!

Words can not explain how happy I am with Dragonfly, what they did for me and my business was exceptional. I had a new system installed about 2 years ago and it was not performing correctly. The system was not reaching setpoint, Dustin Ramker work is exceptional. He tuned and cleaned my current system perfectly, it is performing better than when it was brand new! Thank you Dragonly, I am so greatful for your Honest & excellent work.

Excellent experience with Dragonfly. Trevor the technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on HVAC systems. I really appreciated Trevor’s honesty, clear communication and professionalism. Dragonfly will be my go to for HVAC and plumbing in the future. I highly recommend them.
