i contacted Dragonfly Heating & Cooling on Tuesday and they had a tech out here on Thursday. Cris was my technician he was very friendly and professional . i would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

I previously had a high end York system that i thought was pretty good, but this system TOTALLY smokes it! The outside unit is quieter, and uses almost no electricity, and the furnace is super quiet as well. My house is always within 1 degree of what its set for. Not to mention i can change it from my smartphone. BEST SYSTEM EVER!

The owner of the company came out and performed the service. He shared some great stories about his life. He came across as genuine and authentic. It was a pleasant experience

This company goes above and beyond to explain to their customers how the systems work. Because of that I was able to make an educated decision and moved forward with a new a/c system. The girl in the office heather was nothing but amazing from start to finish of the project.

They refused to disclose the cost break down of their charge $650 for an actuator replacement.
There is something inconvenient reason to show the break down. They took an advantage and ripped off
Because if my need of urgent service. They are not honest.

Recently my husband and I decided to replace our aging air conditioning unit. We scheduled an appointment with Dragonfly Heating & Cooling and Brian came out to discuss our needs. Brian was punctual and seemed to be very knowledgeable. After he evaluated the home, he showed us 4 different options for equipment and made recommendations on how to make our home more energy efficient. After researching and having multiple estimates and discussions, we chose to go with Brian and Dragonfly Heating & Cooling. We decided to get the XC25 with the SL280V furnace and we absolutely LOVE our new system! The installers did a great job and they were clean, kind, and professional. A bonus is Brian was able to assist us with getting a large rebate back from the city of Riverside, which allowed us to add R38 insulation with no cost to us. We are loving our cool home in this hot weather and look forward to saving money on our monthly utility bill. We highly recommend Brian and Dragonfly Heating & Cooling – thank you! J

Ryan from Dragonfly lived up to my previous experience with their technicians and the level of service the company provides.
When my central a/c unit failed my home warranty sent technicians out that proceeded to attempt to coerce me into paying $500 to have the two a/c units cleaned, by threating to arrange it so the the warranty company denied my claim. In a panic I called Dragonfly for advice because I trusted them. I arranged for their technician to do any required mantenance. Ryan from Dragonfly was prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. He performed requested maintenance at a fraction of the quote from the previous people. The information I gained from him gave me the knowledge and confidenc to successfully conclude the repair efforts with the second rate people forced on me by the warranty company. Dragonfly and it’s people including Diane answering the phone, as well as Ryan, their technician, are top notch, I can’t say enough about how much I value their kindness, honesty, integrity, and technical excellence.

Dragonfly Heating & Cooling installed a new Lennox heating and air conditioning system for us last year. It was time for our annual service. I called their office and spoke to a very delightful person who immediately put me on their service calendar. The technician arrived exactly on time and spent a good hour or so going over our cooling system and cleaning the equipment. The work was done in a very professional manner. I was so impressed with their attention to service that I signed up for their annual maintenance program where they will come out to our home twice a year to service the cooling and heating equipment. We couldn’t be happier with the service that we get from Dragonfly Heating & Cooling. And our new Lennox system has kept us nice and cool during this recent heat wave. When my air conditioning went out, the company i had made arrangements with wasnt able to come out. They came out the same day and fixed it.
The gas company came out and told me that my furnace was missing a safety switch, so i called air pro at 10 and they were at my house within two hours, my furnace was fine.
So they only charged the service fee.
I would recommend them to everyone, they are so professional from the lady who took the appointments to the techinicans.

Great experience from estimate to final inspection. Dragonfly was quick, clean and reasonably priced. Very happy I chose them for my HVAC install and will continue to use them for my routine maintenance.

They quoted me double the cost for a component that did not need to be repaired! It wasn’t until I got a second opinion that I realized they wanted to replace an entire AC unit when only a portion needed to be replaced. If I would’ve trusted them I would’ve ended up paying 1400 instead of 600.00. They were also unconcerned about the fact that I had no AC in the middle of a heat wave since they had minimal expediency. It’s sad to see that I would’ve had to wait 5 days for them to order a part, when another person took the effort to go and pick up the same part, same day.

I met Mike C. about 2 weeks ago while he was at my neighbor’s house. I asked him to give me a quote and was able to fit me in his schedule the same day. His quote was very reasonable but I asked if he did work on the side. He declined my offer. Mike seems to enjoy his job and is faithful to the company. Unfortunately I’m not proceeding with my a/c project due to financial hardship. I’ll definitely call Mike when I’m back on my feet.

I called All-Pro Air to get an estimate on a new HVAC system for my home and was told a salesperson wouldn’t be available to look at my house for about 4-5 days. No big deal, I scheduled to have their salesperson come to the house after I got off work at the agreed upon day. I received a call the day of the appointment asking if we can move our appointment time up, which I agreed to but required me to leave work early. The salesperson then shows up late to the newly scheduled time; great!

Once the salesperson arrives we review the home and he presents me with his bid. All-Pro’s bid was in the middle of two other bids I had received on it’s face and was also presented to me as if I were going to finance the purchase/installation. I asked to have the thermostat removed from the bid and asked about a different price since I was paying cash. The salesman then removed 5% off the price. I knew finance charge and other fees were likely more than that I asked him why he was unwilling to remove them all and he told me that extra money was going to his pocket. I found that to be extremely disrespectful in a business environment. Putting that aside, he came to me with his final price and told me he would email me an official proposal. I never received this proposal so I must not have been important enough for another 5 minutes of his time once he got back to the office. Furthermore, he recommended that we put a filter on our return ducting even though we had a filter installed at the furnace already.

Seeing all the positive reviews of the work performed for other people is reassuring but their sales department seems to be severely lacking in business etiquette as well as knowledge of the product/services they are selling. The proposal was not specific to my house, it was just a laminated piece of paper saying which units they offer for a house in my size. If I knew that’s how lazy the sale would be I would not have wasted my time.

It was a pleasure to have Nick service our two A/C units. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. We will be using Dragonfly for upgrades.

This company is great. I had two different technicians to resolve my issue. The first thought the system was low on refrigerant so he put more in. This didn’t fix the issue. He came back out and realized the TXV valve had gone bad. They ordered a new TXV and a different tech installed it. The system is working great now. The office communication was great and they followed up to ensure everything was perfect. This is a company that cares about their people and goes the extra mile to do everything correctly and fair. I was having issues with my home air conditioning unit a few weeks ago and my family and I couldin’t stand the heat any longer! I had previously contacted two other A/C companies, and both stated I required to replace the complete system. Assuming we required a new A/C unit, I called Dragonfly Heating & Cooling and I was impressed with their timely and professional service. The technician who arrived confirmed it was a minor fix, and had it running in no time! I must say, I was very dissapointed by the attempted up-sell of the other two companies!

I have a yearly maintenance plan. They are always timely in scheduling the visits and the technicians are always on time. The unit is on my roof so the techs will share photos or videos to help me See what they see. They take time to explain my unit and understand how it functions. They are “Dragonfly”!!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this company. Our AC went out last Wednesday and the warranty company that came with the purchase of the home is useless. Someone came out, said he couldn’t figure it out, rushed off and never heard from him again. I was literally chasing him to his car trying to gather more information as he zoomed off.
I had enough with suffering in the heat so I called Dragonfly Heating & Cooling and they were here promptly at 11am, had the air running within the hour and even cleaned the unit. They went above and beyond with a full inspection and showed me areas that need to be repaired for optimal performance and safety. I’m so thankful I reached out to them.

The technician Dustin showed up on time was very professional. I have a maintenance agreement and Dustin was very detailed and made several repairs and he explained why the repairs were needed and how he corrected them he explained the details in layman’s terms and explained what I could expect from the system after the repairs were made. Dustin took the time to check everything on the system and take the time needed to make the repairs. I believe a lot of other companies would just come in and throw new filters in and look for things that they could make money on but not Dragonfly Heating & Cooling. I appreciate their efforts and look forward to a long relationship with this company.

Have used for about 3-4 years for yearly preventive maintenance on both air cond. and heater. Friendly maintenance people and don’t try to sell parts, etc. Just warn that you may need soon. Have also used them in the middle of summer. Came the next day. Others wanted 1-2 week wait time. Like that they call when preventative maintenance needs to be scheduled. Maintenance yearly price very reasonable.

I called Dragonfly Heating & Cooling due to my A/C unit wasn’t cooling my home. Dragonfly Heating & Cooling quickly responded to my home and performed the service to my A/C unit. They were professsional, timely and efficient! I would highly reccomend Dragonfly Heating & Cooling for all your HVAC needs. You’ll be presently surprised to have a company that still has by the customer service you’ll receive!

AC went out so i called Dragonfly Heating & Cooling. They sent someone out who indicated that i needed to replace two major parts with a total cost of $1400. The tech said he would have to order the parts and i would have to wait a few days (during 94+ degree temps), which is awful since my wife is expecting, but he/they didn’t seem to care. So i called another company who sent someone out….. someone who really cared and who discovered that i didn’t need to purchase two parts.. and who worked to get it fixed in one day (as he sympathized with my wife’s situation)! Dragonfly Heating & Cooling tried to get me to fork out double the cost for a part i didn’t even need… and expected me to remain with a broken AC for days! During a pandemic and heat wave no less. My AC was up and running well after using the other company instead. I will be sticking with the new HVAC company I found.

Josh my Technician was on time and a true professional! He successfully completed the task before him and explained what had caused the problem and the replacement part.
I was extremely satisfied for a job well done!

Tom came out to our house and gave us an estimate on a new heating and cooling system and was very professional explained everything thoroughly and knew exactly what he was talking about I had a couple other estimates also and I went with Dragonfly Heating & Cooling because I felt very confident in them they knew their product well I went with the Daikin fit system and truly love it I would recommend it to anybody. After Tom came out and took all the measurements they sent the installation manager out Chris to overlook everything and within two days the installers were on site and Completed the job as they said the installers were very professional and very clean workers they covered the floors with tarps And when they were done they vacuumed and cleaned everything very well I am in the construction industry and I am very meticulous and I couldn’t find one thing wrong this is a great company if you’re looking for any type of HVAC work I highly recommend going with them

This company provides such a high quality of service and they absolutely understand the needs of a home for both heating and cooling. They are going to tell it to you like it is while also providing options that work for your circumstances.

The service I received from Dragonfly Heating & Cooling was excellent, however I believe I was over charged for the part that was needed to fix my air condition unit. The capacitor, which was the part needed to fix the unit, I found online to cost under ten dollars. The technicians time here was less than an hour, my bill was $245.00, which later on I found out from another source was outrageous. I was also talked into signing a service agreement in order to lower my bill. The air is working fine and the technician was courteous, but my bill,I felt was very high. Being a senior, I felt I was taken advantage of.

We used this company to replace our 22 year old ac system. The men they sent out to do the job were fantastic: polite, professional and knowledgeable. We just recommended then to my mother and again, the guy who came out was the same quality as the last. Very well and clear spoken, able to articulate and thoroughly explain in detail the answers to all questions.

We bought a house and our unit was the original. We had such a great experience with getting our new unit and are so grateful for Dragonfly Heating & Cooling. Josh was so knowledgeable and over delivered on every promise!

My story. On Wednesday afternoon, I noticed my ac was blowing warm air, even though I had it set for 75. The house showed that it was 84. I called Dragonfly Heating & Cooling. They sent a tech out the next day. He explained the system could be fixed but, It would not be the same, as efficient. My ac was 15 years old and time to be changed out. My decision. The tech went over a series of ac brands explaining everything as he went. We finally settled on a Lenox system.
The temp outside had gone from the low 90s to 103, An appointment was made to come on Saturday to install the new ac. Thursday night the house was 87. Friday the house was 89. The installers came on time to do the install. 10 AM they showed up. The only break they took was to have lunch. Then back at it. When they left the house was at a record 99 degrees inside. The tech told me that in one hour the house will be 78. He knew his stuff. The house in fact was 78 an hour later. Only one issue was a defective thermostat. They came yesterday and replaced the temporary thermostat with the new. Ever since the install the house is perfect. I don’t have to touch anything. It has maintained the same temp all day. My thanks goes out to Dragonfly Heating & Cooling. Job well done.

Every aspect of our experience with All-Pro-Air, through Lowe’s in Upland, was excellent.

Brian De Cuir assessed our needs on his thorough walk-thru of our home and gave us an informative and reasonable quote. He was personable and detailed in comparing different options and answering our many questions. We decided on a new ducting system, blow-in insulation and energy efficient registers in each room. We also had some special requests such as: removing the existing plywood storage platforms – replacing them once the job was completed, and updating a non-operable light in our attic. Brian did some checking and was able to accommodate all of our requests.

The scheduling for the existing plywood and insulation removal was on time and handled very efficiently by a joint collaboration through the staff at Lowe’s and All-Pro-Air. On day one, Bryan, Jose P., and Jose L., as well as Jeff and Travis, worked hard and accomplished all the necessary demo and removal in our attic. On this first morning of work we also added a request to have our drop-down ladder replaced and Diane in the office at All-Pro-Air researched our alternatives and it was efficiently added into the job!

The new ducting system was designed by Jeff and he and Travis completed the installation on day two along with our new plywood platform, drop-down ladder and light. Jeff always took time to answer my questions and review the plans with us as they moved forward. Brian, our salesperson, stopped by to follow-up with us and check on the job status. Day three was dedicated to Bryan and Jose L. blowing in the new insulation to complete our job.

Everyone was very careful of our home, completely prepping with tarps and plastic, and using their shop-vac to vacuum any area that was impacted by the job. Customer service and professionalism were evident in every aspect of the work to complete this project.

When an unexpected problem arose with the finish molding around the drop-down ladder, Sheldon, an All-Pro-Air senior technician, was out to complete the finishing details with new molding within a day!

We are very happy with our decision to make these energy updates to our home and are already reaping the benefits now that the weather has turned hot! From start to finish we had an excellent experience with All-Pro-Air through Lowe’s in Upland and we highly recommend them for your project.

We’ve had Dragonfly come out twice now, once for our air conditioner two years ago and then now for our furnace. Both times their technicians were extremely kind, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and hard working! We made the mistake of calling another business for our furnace repair (because it didn’t occur to me that AC repair and furnace repair could be done by the same company ‍♀️). The other company quoted us $800+ for a new circuit board. Dragonfly was able to fix our entire problem for hundreds of dollars less. Do yourself a favor and call them now! They are the epitome of honest, trustworthy and reliable!

Was very pleased with the of my heating and air condition service. Alex, their service person, was nice, Informative and professional . Had to replace a part on the ac and showed me exactly the problem and reason why. We also had them put in a new HVAC system in our rental property in the past. Excellent service.

I have used Dragonfly Heating & Cooling for several years to install and maintain my AC unit. I have always been extremely satisfied with their service. Today Dustin came out for a repair of the unit. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it up and running in no time. Service very much appreciated especially when it’s 100 degrees outside.

I originally called because I needed the correct filter size but I decided to have my heater serviced as well. Upon arrival, Dustin asked me how he could help and as I really only wanted the filter size he recommended I service the AC as the summer is approaching; however, he still informed me on all the issues he noticed with our heating system and made things more efficient. I’ll use them in the future for our heating and AC services.

When I called the lady I spoke was so kind and professional I got an appointment right away. When Josh arrived he introduced himself and verified I was getting an A/C maintenance done. First rate company from Tom the advisor who first came out and help me pick out the unit I needed, and took to time to explain how it would look and what would be exposed for a mini split system, to Justin the installer who did a excellent job on the installation making it look nice too. Also Diane in the office who helped me with the rebates. Great staff, wonderful service. They moved fast to accomplish a quick time frame for us. The units are great, and they really talked through all our options so we could make an informed decision taking into consideration quality, longevity and price. My outside unit stop working and it was 90 plus degrees in the house. I called and a tech came and looked at the air conditioning unit later the same day. It had been repaired once before and I wanted to replace the unit. They gave me a great price and I ask when and they said the next day. They showed up and installed the unit. I came home after work and was pleasantly surprised! The new unit was installed and working and not one bit of trash was left for me to clean up! I said I myself I would have liked to work for a company like Dragonfly Heating & Cooling! I told two friends about them already. I would definitely use them again!!

Dragonfly Heating & Cooling is a great company. They have helped me with an Air Conditioning problem in the past and this time they are helping with a high volume water filtration system. I will use them again and again for different projects.
