We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service. Duties & Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, drains, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and identify solutions for complex problems.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Install and repair water filtration systems, water softeners, and other plumbing equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, building codes, and other technical drawings.
- Test plumbing systems for leaks, pressure, and other issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Provide cost estimates and detailed service reports to customers.
- Advise customers on plumbing maintenance and preventive care to avoid future problems.
- Comply with all local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Keep accurate records of work completed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Maintain plumbing tools and equipment in good working order.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a plumber with a strong understanding of plumbing systems and techniques.
- Valid plumbing license and/or relevant certifications, as required by local regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building codes.
- Proficient in using plumbing tools, diagnostic equipment, and power tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients.
